Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SoundScape (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service provides a free online custom ASMR mixer for creating relaxing sleep music and deep sleep music soundscapes.

Description of Service

SoundScape is a free, browser-based audio mixing tool that allows users to combine multiple ASMR and ambient sounds. Users can adjust volume and stereo balance for each sound independently, select from preset soundscapes, set a sleep timer, and follow a breathing guide. No registration is required.

License to Use

SoundScape grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Service for creating custom ASMR, relaxing sleep music, and deep sleep music soundscapes. This license is revocable at any time.

Audio Content

All audio files provided through SoundScape are royalty-free. You may use the mixed output for personal purposes including sleep aid, meditation, focus enhancement, and relaxation. Commercial redistribution of the raw audio files is not permitted.

Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Important: SoundScape is a relaxation and entertainment tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The relaxing sleep music and deep sleep music soundscapes created with this tool are not a substitute for professional medical care.

If you experience chronic sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, or any other health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. ASMR and ambient sounds may complement but should not replace evidence-based medical treatment.

Limitation of Liability

SoundScape is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available
• The custom ASMR or deep sleep music soundscapes will produce specific sleep or relaxation results
• Audio playback will function identically across all browsers and devices
• When using the file:// protocol (opening the HTML file locally), some features such as stereo balance may be limited due to browser security policies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoundScape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

User Conduct

You agree to use SoundScape only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source audio files for redistribution
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
